Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 90 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at invisiblenecklace1@aol.com. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label with instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Return your item first, then place a new order for the piece you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days (bank processing times may vary).
