--- We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 90 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Items must be unworn.  Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How to Start a Return Email us at contact@wowgottahaveit.com We'll send you a prepaid return label with instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll make it right.

Exchanges Return your item first, then place a new order for the piece you want.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
